Researcher in training in the area of aquaculture nutrition, mainly in formulation functional feeds with agave fructans of agroindustrial wastes. I'm currently focused the biochemical interactions related to antioxidant response, blood metabolites and their relationship with the fish microbiota. Biotechnology engineer, focus in identify and extraction bioactive compounds of natural sources. Experience in in vitro antioxidant techniques, enzimatics, biochemicals metabolites analyses, molecular biology techniques. Teaching skills in chemistry, biology, maths and nutrition.
