Antimicrobial resistance in Staphylococcus aureus, clones and virulence, within Staphnet South America, Staphylococcus aureus Genomic Surveillance Network, as well as Escherichia coli with extended spectrum beta-lactamases, indicator in the dissemination of resistance mechanisms encompassing humans, animals and environment with the One Health vision. Another topic is urinary tract infections in adults.
