Sep 2007Research project on development of appropriate safe drinking water supply and sanitation system for slums and squatters in Nepal,Sept.2007-Aug.2010Awareded a research project on development of appropriate safe drinking water supply and sanitation system for slums and squatters in Nepal with the partnership of Imperial College London and Preston University Pakistan. It was quite successful project and many national and international publications were produced and wide networking resulted. A masters curriculum on community based low cost water treatment technology was prepared by the research outcome of the project. It was 3 years project.Apr 2007‘Water saving awareness campaign in hotels of Thamel, Kathmandu’, 2007-08A research grant from SaciWATERs was received to carryout research activities on water saving awareness campaign in hotels of Thamel, Kathmandu. A report was submitted to SaciWATERs.Jun 2009study of data base of ‘Women water professionals in Nepal’A study was conducted to prepare database of Women water professional in Nepal. A book was published entitled"Profile of women water professionals in Nepal"
