PhD thesis: Molecular characterization of severe asthma. Studying inflammation found in airway tissue taken from a biopsy and sputum samples from participants in the Hunter Region, Australia. In addition, I am working on a cross-validation with an European group of researchers sharing data to try and understand how severe asthma is similar around the world.
