I am a reviewer for different journals, a research supervisor for masters and PhD students, a research advisor, and a panel member. The unique blend of academic expertise and practical experience has allowed me to excel in both academic and professional settings. My research interest includes healthcare systems, digital transformation, information privacy, ICT4D, and emerging technologies. The focus now is that future research plans revolve around the practical application of research in daily life by putting IT to use, especially in the economically and technologically disadvantaged developing countries.
