• Develop a deep understanding of the customers and their needs for bringing new platform capabilities that ensures high adoption and customer delight. • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supportive metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class service and customer experience in Latin-America. • Own the development of detailed product requirements, prioritization of product roadmap and its correct implementation, taking on end-to-end ownership. • Work cross-functionally with global teams such as: software development, QA, operations, engineering and project management to build, test and deliver on the product roadmap using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). • Drive projects, products, and feature launches with other teams including business development, content acquisition, digital marketing and User Experience.
