She has been passionate about becoming an obstetrician and gynecologist since age 5! She graduated from Koc University School of Medicine in 2019 as a full-merit Anatolian Scholar. As a future female health specialist, she is fully aware of the WHO's health definition. To promote women’s health socially, she completed the “Gender Studies Certificate Program” at The Center for Gender Studies at Koc University during medical school. She also completed Postgraduate Certificate in Epidemics and Ethical Global Health at AUSN. In recognition of her exceptional global service, she was recognized as an International Public Health Ambassador. She has been taking all the possible opportunities to improve herself in the field of OBGYN. Even as a medical student, she completed various clinical and laboratory internships in Turkey, France, the UK, Australia, and the USA. She received numerous grants for these internships and many other professional activities. She has published several peer-reviewed articles! She is a member of AAAS, AACR, ASCO, AWIS, ESGO, ESMO, ESHRE, ISGE, OWSD, and SGO. During medical school, she decided to be a clinician-scientist. She is highly interested in gynecologic oncology. Currently, she aims to start a clinician-scientist OBGYN residency program in Germany to have both Ph.D. and OBGYN trainings. Finally, her ultimate goal with her trainings is to make a breakthrough(s) for better understanding and improving women’s health. She will always keep doing her best simply because women deserve the best care possible. She welcomes any recommendations and insights from the scientists who are also passionate about women's health.
