Jan 2015MOBILITY MASTER 1 SCHOLARSHIP AWARDI was awarded a Mobility Master 1 scholarship as the only Nigerian among those selected, to undertake an exchange programme in the Department of Animal Sciences, Faculty of Agrisciences, Stellenbosch University, South Africa. The scholarship was a PAFROID MOBILITY PROJECT, an initiative funded with support from the EUROPEAN COMMISSION. In addition to other things I achieved during this time, I successfully conducted my MSc research in Stellenbosch University in 12 months (January-December, 2015), and returned to my home university for defense of my thesis and certificate award.Feb 2011Best Graduating Student AwardI was given this award as the best graduating student in the Department of Animal Science, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, for the 2009/2010 academic session.Feb 2018NRF-TWAS AFRICAN RENAISSANCE DOCTORAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR RESEARCH IN SOUTH AFRICAThe scholarship was granted to support my doctoral study at the University of Fort Hare, South Africa for 3 years beginning from 2018.
