Structural, Cell and Molecular Biology

My current research is focused on understanding tumor environment and the different adaptive mechanisms (such as macropinocytosis and caveolae-mediated endocytosis) that lead to treatment resistance (Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy). As a personal research interest, in addition to my current research, is to learn more about the potential of immunotherapy for the treatment of solid tumors and prevention of cancer cachexia.
